What's it about?
In this session you will be introduced OpenOffice is an Open Source, community-developed office application suite. It includes key desktop applications; a word processor (Writer), spreadsheet (Calc), presentation manager (Impress), Database Manager (Base), and a drawing program (Draw) with a user interface similar to Microsoft Office. It works transparently with Microsoft Office and you can continue to use your Microsoft Office files without any problems. You can also still exchange files with other Microsoft users.

This 3 hour session is presented by a topic expert, in plain english, using a hotel training suite and video projector. The audience is encouraged to ask questions as they go. There is also an open question and answer session at the end which always proves to be popular.
