One-to-one Training

Sometimes there are just a few very specific things you need to know in a short period of time. We can train at your location, our office or even remotely over the Internet.

You may want guidance in putting together an effective Power Point presentation, developing a spreadsheet application or sorting out your word processor.

What normally happens in this type of training is that the client makes a list of training issues to be covered in advance of the meeting. We research the issues in advance and deal with these on the day. Then in addition we can usually show you how to use your computer more effectively. Finally we look at and give recommendations on issues such as virus protection and back-up of your valuable data.

What does it cost?

Training at our offices

Training at our offices costs 30 euros per hour with a minimum charge of 1 hour. Additional time is charged per 30 minutes.

At your location

On site training is only offered within 50 Km radius of Ribérac in the Dordogne (24) FRANCE. Onsite training fee is 60 Euros for the first hour and 40 euros per hour thereafter. With a travel charge of 0.25 euros per km to the location and back to our offices. Locations over 50 Km price on request.

Remote Control Training

If you have an ADSL/Broadband Internet connection we can also also offer "Remote Control Training". Our trainer is able to share your desktop so that they can "see" what you are doing and guide you through the hands-on learning experience. Pricing on application, payments will be made in advance by Pay Pal or by credit card using the Pay Pal online payment system.
