"Email Made Easy" is one of the popular "Keep I.T. Simple" series of computer training sessions designed for non-technical people. Training is led by experts who explain how things work simply and in plain english.

You will learn how to make the most of your Outlook Express email programme including, organising your emails, avoiding unwanted emails, adding your signature, attaching photos. You will discover many hidden features that will make email a pleasure to use. We will also introduce alternatives to email such as internet phones, Skype and Messenger programme's.

This 3 hour session is presented by a topic expert, in plain english, using a hotel training suite and video projector. The audience is encouraged to ask questions as they go. There is also an open question and answer session at the end which always proves to be popular.
