"Digital Cameras" is one of the popular "Keep I.T. Simple" series of computer training sessions designed for non-technical people. Training is led by experts who explain how things work simply and in plain english.
What's it about?
"Digital Cameras: Beyond the basics", is a follow on session to the introductory course "Cameras and Computers".
This is an intermediate level course that spends more time looking at using your camera and fixing the most frequent problems with photographs, such as red eye or dark exposures.
It then moves on to show you how to produce good quality prints, and practical gifts such as photo albums and photo CD's.
Finally you are shown how to back up your valuable images onto CD, USB Key or external hard drive.

Who is it for?

Prerequisites
Delegates require only a basic understanding of a personal computer and how to use a digital camera.

This 3 hour session is presented by a topic expert, in plain english, using a hotel training suite and video projector. The audience is encouraged to ask questions as they go. There is also an open question and answer session at the end which always proves to be popular.
